Where to now?

Specialist music and instrumental lessons for 2009.

What happens when you get to grade 8 and you have the certificate? How good are you really? Can you read the notes? Can you play all of the scales? Maybe, but can you trust yourself to interpret phrasing and make music actually speak to people?

How do you take your level of musicianship, interpretation, self awareness and experience to the next level and beyond?

I am hoping to provide a series of lessons for such people to enhance their skills and move them forward musically. These lessons might not be weekly; more likely every three weeks or so. The cost over a year will not be too much due to the frequency of the lessons. The aim is to bring musicianship and technique together to make people more complete instrumentalists. The actual instrument played is of no consequence, although I do specialise in wind instruments.

Lessons can also be had individually or in groups, ensembles, established line ups etc.

I feel that this is a niche market that is badly needed and I would find the work engaging and demanding.

More information can be had by emailing me through the website.
